How do I monitor the progress of my learners?
Log into our online training platform using your organization’s Admin username and password.
Select PURCHASES in the navigation menu.
Click on the ID number on the left of each individual row, or the word View on the right, for details of that purchase. You will now see the learners within that purchase listed.
Learners who are part-way through their training will have a percentage value displayed in the ‘Status’ column.
Learners who have completed their training and passed will have the word ‘Pass’ displayed in the ‘Status’ column.
Learners who have completed their training but not passed will have the word ‘Fail’ displayed in the ‘Status’ column.
If a row contains no data beyond the Workshop Code it means that training workshop has not been used. Please be aware it is possible your organization allocated it historically to a learner who did not register it.
How do I access my learners’ certificates?
Log into our online training platform using your organization’s Admin username and password.
Select PURCHASES in the navigation menu.
Click on the ID number on the left of each individual row, or the word View on the right, for details of that purchase. You will now see the learners within that purchase listed.
Click on View Certificate. The certificate opens as a PDF, which you can save and/or print.
If you have made many purchases with multiple learners, you may need to generate a report of all your learners so you can find the purchase in which the learner you are looking for is listed. Please see ‘How do I run reports on my learners’?
How do I run reports on my learners?
Log into our online training platform using your organization’s Admin username and password.
Select REPORTS in the navigation menu.
Follow the instructions to generate the Registered Codes report, which is a complete list of all your learners an the details relating to their training.
How do I find out how many online training workshops we have in stock?
Log into our online training platform using your organization’s Admin username and password.
Select REPORTS in the navigation menu.
Follow the instructions to generate the Unregistered Codes report, which is a complete list of all your training workshops that have not been registered.
As they do not have an expiry date, unregistered workshops are still available to your organization. Please be aware it is possible your organization allocated a workshop historically to a learner who did not register it.
How do I buy more online training workshops by card?
You can e-mail us to arrange to make a card payment.
How do I buy more online training workshops by Purchase Order?
Simply e-mail a Purchase Order to us for the required number of learners.
If you firstly need a formal quote from us please e-mail to request one.
Once we have received your Purchase Order we will e-mail you the training workshop access information.
